7-Day Return Policy for Defective or Incomplete Items
We offer a 7-day return policy for defective or incomplete items. You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return if the product is defective, damaged, or incomplete. Please note that returns for change of mind are not accepted.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be defective, damaged, or incomplete.
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
